What if I am having trouble paying my mortgage?

At Daven Trust, we understand that circumstances change, and that keeping up your mortgage payments can become difficult.  If you are worried about your mortgage payments, it is important that you talk to us as soon as possible, so please get in touch on freephone +44 7451 279154 to see how we can help.

Our friendly team are based in the UK and on hand to help you Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm and 9am to 5pm on Fridays.  We'll listen to your concerns and walk you through the options available to you.  You don't have to have already missed a payment before you talk to us.  In fact, we may be able to find a solution that means you never do.

If you'd rather speak to someone else, we've listed some useful links below to help.

Get in touch

Before you call, it's useful to have the following information to hand:

  • your mortgage account number
  • details of all of your income, including any benefits that you receive
  • details of all of your bills
  • details of all of your other outgoings.

You can use the Money Advice Service Budget Planner to help you get these things together.

Once you have the above information ready, call us on +44 7451 279154 to start the conversation and see how we can help.

What to expect when you call

When you call us, we will take the time to understand your situation.  We will talk through your income and expenditure and then discuss the options available to you.

You'll have the opportunity to consider your options before you agree to anything and are welcome to get a second opinion on any of the options that we provide.
