Simon Whitfield — Head of Development Finance

Simon joined the Property team in 2018, bringing with him a wealth of experience from over thirty years of working in the financial services sector. Simon was previously on the executive committee at Wellesley Group Ltd as Head of Portfolio Management, where he was responsible for the Development Finance Lending Portfolio. Simon also previously held the executive role of Director of Asset Management at The Cooperative Bank, responsible for Property, Corporate, Project and Leveraged Finance, and has previously worked for HM Treasury, Morgan Stanley and BlackRock.
